three neighboring countries of Afghanistan are helping to create ISIS, “Al-Mursad”, the media related to the
Taliban’s intelligence, has explained this claim by Amir Khan Motaqi and said that probably Tajikistan,
Pakistan, Iran and Turkey are the target countries of Amir Khan Motaqi, which provide a platform for the growth of ISIS.
